The calculator is the latest application developed by AURUM oak to help and facilitate the winemaker's operations. It integrates our accumulated experience with the entire range of oak products to design different types of wine and achieve maximum performance in each of the operations in the winery. It is a tool that adapts to the conditions of each tank to guarantee optimum dosage of French or American oak according to the objective pursued and always seeking the final balance of the wine.
