American Oak Light Toasted
The Aurum oak range of lightly toasted American oak brings a light-medium tannin load to the wine, helping to improve the structure on the palate and giving the wine more natural sweetness in the initial sensations. The toasting process designed at low temperatures with a small thermal gradient over a prolonged period of time manages to express the most natural characteristics of the oak. It gives the wines aromatic notes reminiscent of fresh wood and vanilla, providing greater complexity in their volatile composition.
