French oak Strong toasted

The Aurum oak range of heavily toasted French oak contributes slightly to increasing the volume and sweetness of the wine. The design of the toasting process is based on different temperature gradients with various intensities during controlled time intervals, reaching very high thermal peaks that favour the formation of furfurans and volatile phenols. These aromatic compounds are responsible for giving the wine the cocoa, roasted coffee and smoky notes so characteristic of intense French oak toasting.
