French oak Medium toasted
The Aurum oak range of medium toasted French oak contributes moderately to increasing the phenolic content of the wine, improving the structure on the palate and promoting greater volume. The toasting programme specifically designed to achieve high aromatic intensity consists of several strategically set temperature peaks under rigorous humidity control. The result is an aromatic profile with spicy notes, toasted almonds and vanilla, which give the wine greater complexity and its own character after ageing.
